Simon Cowell got more than he bargained for during the lates_t X Factor_ auditions, as one hopeful got a little overly close to the boss-man judge.
Leaving the other judges - Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - besides themselves with laughter and Simon a little bewildered, as 35-year-old Jenesa Gill fled the stage mid performance to get face to face with her idol.

She sat on his desk before locking lips with Si, after earlier expressing how excited she was to meet him.

Before her lively performance of Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie, Jenesa said:
“Hi Simon! Simon – I love you!"
To which new judge Nick asked: “What do you love about Simon? Do you fancy him?”
Jenesa declared that it’s Simon’s “honesty” that caught her fancy.
We’re sure plenty of past auditionees wouldn’t agree with you on that one, Jenesa.
But she didn’t need to pucker up to Simon to get the crowd’s attention, because the audience were up on their feet dancing and clapping along right from the start
