Simon Cowell’s decision to bring back Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh, and Nicole Scherzinger (AND DERMOT O’LEARY) to The X Factor was basically the news of the year.

It wasn’t the same last series, let’s be real.

But if you thought that an older and original panel would be more mature, you’d be very wrong.

Because actual Simon has been actually stealing Nicole’s jokes and actually passing them off as his own during filming.

Apparently.

If you’re wondering how on earth he could get away with this in front of all those cameras, Nicole’s said he’s been repeating what she said so hers can be cut out and he can take credit.

SNEAKY.

She told The Sun: "We need to do an entire segment on Simon Cowell stealing all of my ideas.

"In the beginning, I would say things and he would comment, saying the exact same thing.

"I’d be like, ‘That’s funny because I’ve just said that’ and he goes, ‘Not in the edit darling, not in the edit’.

"He’s been stealing pretty much everything. I take it as a compliment. I’m fighting with the producers now so when he tries to repeat what I have said, I try to speak over him so they can’t use it in the show."

Simon and Nicole have vastly different personalities, so we really want to know what on earth these jokes could be.

If you notice Simon call a contestant Schermazing and fist pump during this Saturday’s show, something is probably amiss.

In other The X Factor news that’s getting us ridiculously excited for this weekend, Alesha Dixon is apaz joining the show.

Yup – A Britain’s Got Talent and X Factor cross over, no less!

She won’t be joining as a permanent fixture, but she’ll be Sinitta-ing it up at the Judges Houses.

We cannot WAIT.

The X Factor starts this Saturday 27 August on ITV.
