High School Musical was Zac Efron’s big break and it catapulted him into superstardom.
He should be FOREVER THANKFUL to lil Troy Bolton – just like Victoria Beckham should be thankful for being an original Spice Gal.

However, Zac just can’t resist throwing High School Musical shade here, there and everywhere at the moment.
We can’t deny that we were a little devvo when Zac announced he wasn’t going to be involved in the HSM4 reunionand the fact he can’t remember the words to Breaking Free (you're singing it right now, aren't you), but it turns out the shade doesn’t end there.
"I step back and look at myself and I still want to kick that guy's ass sometimes," he said.
"Like, f*ck that guy. He's done some kind of cool things with some cool people - he did that one thing [Neighbours] that was funny - but, I mean, he's still just that f&cking kid from [High School Musical]."
Why does he insist on breaking our heart?

In March, Zac spoke out about the fact that the level of fame he found as a result of High School Musical was “not a real thing”.
"You can’t enjoy or celebrate it, it’s not a real thing. The face on the lunchbox and shit - you can’t share that with your friends."
Does he hate HSM or does he hate the person he became because of it?
Hmmmmmm.
Why don’t you comfort yourselves in the knowledge that Zac’s willing to get his peen out for an Oscar.NO REALLY.
