Zara Holland, former Miss GB, former *Love Island *contestant, has spoken up about her ex, Max Morley – former squeeze of Charlotte Crosby.
Max and Zara dated in December last year, getting together just weeks after he split with our Geordie princess.
Speaking to *heat *about their relationshio, Zara said: "Me and Max - who won last year - were never official but we did go on a few dates. It was after he was with Charlotte, in about December. I met his mum and dad, but it just didn't work. He doesn't know I'm doing the show....
"If he joined the [Love Island] house it would be nice if he popped in to the villa just so I could find out what went wrong with us. He just went quiet. There was no explanation, but I think he just didn't want a relationship."
Max and Zara may not have lasted long but that didn't stop him being really quite mean about her while she was in Love Island.
Max, who won the show last year, spoke to the *Daily Star *and said: "She is quite prim and proper – some may say boring. If she lets herself go she could be good, maybe… but if not then she is boring.
"But yeah, the sex was just on the same basis as her personality, nothing special or to write home about."
Ouch.
And now Zara's had a chance to tell her side of the story.
“He was horrible," Zara said of Max's comments
"God knows what happened or why he’s blocked me on Twitter. I’ve got no reason to speak to him now. He was the dream, I did still really fancy the pants off him,” she told The Sun.
Oh, Zara love.
She really doesn't pick men wisely. Firstly she coupled with awful Scott Thomas, who swiftly swapped her for Kady McDermott.
Then she picked Daniel Lukakis (who subsequently posted an odd message for her) over Javi Shephard although neither of them were her perfect match.
Then she went for Alex Bowen who ditched her the day after they had an adult cuddle in favour of Olivia Buckland.
And THEN she went for Adam Maxted who was so not interested it was painful to watch.
ARE THERE ANY DECENT MEN OUT THERE?
Well yeah, actually. There are loads. It's just that Zara always seems to pick the rotters.
