It seems Zoella can do no wrong as she reportedly earns £50,000 a month by posting videos on YouTube and endorsing various products.
But the internet star seems to have left her fans unimpressed with her latest selfie.
The vlogger posted a Snapchat of herself in her underwear on the interweb which left her fans less than impressed.
In the picture she can be seen smiling and in a white shirt and pair of black and white Calvin Klein knickers.
She captioned the image: “Goodnight x.”
However, the picture didn’t impress some fans, with one writing: “Erm @Zoella I think you need to take your CK knickers off Snapchat. My 15 year old sister looks you up.”
Another wrote: “Female YouTube star @Zoella could be seen in a bikini and nobody would think anything of it...but one snap of her in her pants, massive uproar.”
Standing up for her, another sarcastically posted: “OMG!! I dare her! Sleeing in her pants...horrible... That’s ridiculous. They really have nothing better to do?”
The 25-year-old has made a mountain of cash through YouTube, endorsement deals, her books and other ventures.
According to The Sunday Times, she nearly made £400,000 in the eight months leading up to November 2014.
She released her book Girl Online with Penguin in 2014 and sold 78,109 copies in the first months, which means it was the fastest selling debut book ever.
However, rather than splashing the cash, she has invested her money in a £1 million house in Hove, near Brighton where she lives with her boyfriend, fellow YouTube star Alfie Deyes.
