Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt made quite the impression on their fellow housemates – and UK audiences – when they appeared on Celebrity Big Brother not once, but twice, in 2013 and 2017.
Now, in an exclusive interview with heatworld, Heidi has revealed which of those friendships formed in the Borehamwood mansion have lasted beyond the cameras rolling.

And we were shocked to learn that the couple – famously known as Speidi – are still in touch with former glamour model Nicola McLean.
Speaking ahead of her performance at London’s biggest pop festival Mighty Hoopla, Heidi said, ‘I love Nicola! I’ve seen her a few times.
‘We’ve talked with Frankie Dettori, Spencer sometimes talks to Jedward. Shimmy Jimmy [James Jordan], we’re hoping to see him and Ola when we come into town. We love him, he’s unbelievable, he was Spencer’s best friend in the house the second time around.’

And Heidi confirmed she and Spencer, who married in 2008 and share sons Gunner, seven, and Ryker, two, have well and truly buried the hatchet with Rylan Clark, who beat them to win the show in 2013 – and she now even plans to work with him.
‘We saw Rylan last time we were there, which was great. We should do a duet! We should call it Big Brother Baddies or something. That'd be so good.’
Heidi has made the transition from reality star to full time pop star after her cult album Superficial went viral last year. After being booked to perform at Coachella in April, she is now bringing her show to the UK.

‘I couldn't be more excited,’ she said, ‘I love London, I'm excited to return in this reign and perform at Mighty Hoopla, which is the most incredible concert, the biggest festival I've ever performed at and one of the biggest in the world, I'm so honoured and excited to be part of Pride.’
And she has been getting performance tips from none other than Kelly Rowland – who headlined the festival in 2023.
‘I saw Kelly the other day, she told me that it is the best crowd in the entire world and just to enjoy it, soak it up and that there is no better place to perform.’
Heidi Montag performs at Mighty Hoopla on Sunday 1 June. Her new album Heidiwood is available to download and stream now.
