With Big Brother coming to an end, housemates are dropping like flies, and it's all too easy to start forgetting the faces we lost early on. Remember Ryan Bradshaw? See? No shade, but SEE.
But one lovely lad we absolutely refuse you lot to forget anytime soon – one who left far too early if you ask us – is Big Brother 2024's Izaaz Miah. In the early days of the series the father of one caught our attention with his youthful charm, budding bromance with Khaled Khaled (that game of rock, paper, scissors on day one though) and perhaps the best beard that's ever graced television.
And his pre-entrance interview might just be the sweetest collection of words we've ever read.
Izaaz only lasted 20 days in the house, finishing in 14th place.

Big Brother Izaaz's fitness journey
Izaaz recently unlocked his Instagram since entering the real world again and apparently there's a chiselled fitness GOD underneath all those first impressions.
Izaaz has clearly been on fitness journey prior to entering the Big Brother house and we're loving peeling back this layer from the onion that is our Iz. And as it turns out, on top of being an estate agent and a dad, Izaaz is also a freelance personal trainer which makes total sense, because he is looking GOOD.

Why did Big Brother's Izaaz want to go on the show?
He told producers, 'I want to go through the experience of going into the house around a group of different and diverse people - backgrounds, cultures, everything. I think it would be a great experience to be around that as I’ve never done that. As I get older I really want to experience different things and I thought this would be the right time to do it and fortunately for me I have been picked - I’m quite chuffed, I won’t lie.'
You can watch Big Brother every night except Saturdays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
