It's been almost three weeks since Love Island faves Cach Mirjah Mercer and Toni Laites made history by winning the series 12; Cach made history as the first Casa Amor boy to snatch the crown, and Toni made history as the first American Islander to not only join the British series, but win it.
Slays all round, basically. And in addition to being £50K richer, the pair left the series utterly besotted with one another.
Since returning to the UK, Cach and Toni have been busy with a nonstop schedule of press, TV interviews, and appearances, both admitting to loving spending every minute together.
However, that is set to come to an end, as Toni – who currently lives in Las Vegas – will soon return to the States, as her visa is set to expire.
Naturally, this is going to come as a bit of a shock to the system for the couple – who are about to go from being with each other day and night, to long distance – but according to Cach, while it's 'upsetting,' Toni – who has admitted tostruggling with the spotlight she has been under since winning the show – will be back and if he finds himself missing her too much, then he'll just hop on a flight to Vegas to be with her.
The Love Island winner exclusively told heatworld, 'It's upsetting. She's got me on a leash at the moment, and I'm happy. I'd stay by her side every day of the week if I could, but I also know that she needs some time to see her family and her friends and just go back to normal life to an extent.
'But, she'll be back and if I miss her too much I'll just jump on a flight and go see her.'
When asked whether a trip to Toni's hometown is already on the cards, Cach told us, 'She wants to show me around Vegas and show me the ropes – she's always talking about how amazing it is. If she's that interested, then I'm that interested.'

Toni and Cach initially connected during Casa Amor. They hit it off immediately, sharing multiple smooches, and Toni choosing to take him back to the main villa.
Their relationship faced a significant test in the form of Harrison Solomon – who Toni had history with before Casa. Toni chose Harrison over Cach at the next recoupling, leaving both Cach and Harrison's other villa bae, Lauren Wood, distraught.
However, Toni later returned to Cach, solidifying their bond, going on to win the show together.
