The host teased fans on social media

We're all counting down the days 'til the new season of Love Island starts and we can all cancel our plans for, um, the entire summer.

And with just over a week to go until launch night, the show's host Caroline Flack is seriously teasing us now that she's arrived on the island.

She announced her arrival at the villa yesterday on social media with a video that read "Guess where I am... <3" while in a car driving past palm trees.

She also popped down to the local coffee shop, where her coffee was served with a heart-shaped cookie. She snapped the moment and caption it "Even the cafes know."

And although the stint might be tearing her away from new fiancé Andrew Brady, she still seems as excited as ever.

Love Island will return to our screens on June 4th, and a whole new host of islanders will grace the villa on a mission to find love and win the prize of £50,000. Sounds like a dream to us!

Producers this time around have admitted that they used dating app Tinder to scout the best possible contestants for this year's show.

Executive producer Jain Angela said: "We don't want to cast the same characters every time.

"We aren't looking for the next Camilla or the next Montana, that's the opposite of what we're looking for."

Interesting.

ITV revealed last week that the contestants this year won't be able to smoke in the villa - and if they fancy a cheeky cigarette, they'll have to ask a producer to escort them to a designated smoking area away from the villa.

They said: "Last year there were more viewer complaints about the amount of smoking than anything else. It did feel like someone had a fag in their hand constantly last series, so hopefully viewers will notice the difference."

It already sounds like this year's series is set to be the best one yet!
