With her big day on the horizon, Dani Dyer is feeling the pressure when it comes to wedding planning. The former Love Island winner is set to wed footballer Jarrod Bowen this spring – and insiders say she’s trying her best not to turn full bridezilla.
‘The wedding isn’t that far off and Dani’s starting to feel stressed,’ a source tells heat.
‘Jarrod is busy with the last half of football season, and she has three kids to look after, so it’s all getting on top of her. She has got a wedding planner, but she wants to be as involved as much as she can, so she can make everything personal to her and Jarrod. She’s determined not to turn into a bridezilla, but she has joked that she can see why some brides lose it.’

Dani, 28 – who shares son Santiago, four, with ex Sammy Kimmence, as well as twins Summer and Star, one, with West Ham player Jarrod, also 28 – has taken fans along for the ride as she plans her extravagant big day.
And, we’re told, someone who’s just as excited as Dani is her TV icon dad, Danny. A lifelong West Ham fan, the Rivals star previously gushed of his son-in-law-to-be, ‘I think I’m in love with him. I still think he’s marrying the wrong Danny Dyer.’
Having been previously unlucky in love – she split from Santiago’s father after he was jailed for fraud in 2021 – our insider tells us that these nuptials are a huge deal for Dani.
‘At one point, she thought she’d never get her happy ending, so she wants to feel like a princess on the day, with a dress to match. The kids all have central roles to play. There’ll be a few famous faces there, too, including footballers, WAGs, actors and pop stars. There’ll also be entertainment, and then everyone will hit the dance floor for a massive party. Their biggest worry right now is the entertainment, as they had wanted to book Robbie Williams to sing – but he’s busy that day.’
Aside from the wedding, there is one other date that’s causing Dani jitters: a potentially boozy stag do. Our insider reveals, ‘Dani’s worried because Jarrod’s a professional athlete, so he isn’t used to drinking very much. She hopes her dad will look after him – but she knows that might not be a good idea!’
