It was a shocking day in the world of Love Island when bombshell Harrison Solomon quit the series 12 villa after Lauren Wood was dumped.
Harrison and Lauren were caught up in a triangle with Toni Laites for weeks, with Harrison constantly going from one girl to the other. However, after finally deciding he wanted to be with Lauren, it was short-lived joy as the next day Lauren ended up being dumped.
Now that they are back in the UK, Harrison and Lauren are on the press train and stop by heat Towers for a catch-up, and during our chat, we asked Harrison his thoughts on ex Toni being voted one of the 'most popular Islanders.'
'A little bit shocked with the Yas [Pettet] and Tone situation,' he admitted, and we are ignoring the potential shade.
ICYMI, for once in their lives, the British public nailed it when it came to voting on this year's series of Love Island.
To the surprise of no one with any sense, Yasmin and Toni were voted the most popular girlies with Ty Isherwood and Cach Mercer, the favourite boys.
'Obviously, a few weeks ago, Tone was in the bottom three for least favourite Islander,' he explained, and we love how he still calls her 'Tone' despite all the dramz.
In last night's episode (Wednesday 23 July) Toni and Cach rekindled their romance, which has us wondering could we see THREE Casa Amor boys in the final?
Cach, who is surely about to recouple with Toni, Ty and Angel Swift are together, and Yasmin is still going strong with Jamie Rhodes; the holy trinity of bombshells and Casa boys. Not an OG Islander in sight.
'It's crazy how things can just change,' the footballer went on, 'and now she's at the top, but I'm happy for both of the girls.'
Yasmin couldn't believe that she was in the top two which is crazy to us on the outside because her and that never failing posture has been a pivotal part of this year's series.
'They're both great girls and guys as well,' he finished.
