Now that this year's series of Love Island has come to an end, the cast are either starting out on new showbiz ventures or returning to their old jobs. However, it turns out that the latter is not an option for everyone.

Yasmin Pettet, who was a finalist on the dating show, has already been snatched up by prestigious modelling agency Storm and winner Toni Laites is apparently being eyed for her very own show.

Harry Cooksley is already back on the football pitch, after coming in second place alongside Shakira Khan, but the other member of their love triangle will not be returning to their day job.

'I don’t think they will take me back after that roast I did,' Helena Ford admitted when asked by the Daily Star if she would be returning to her job as an air hostess.

She added, 'Plus all the passengers will think, "Oh no, I’m going to get roasted now." Never say never but I’m not looking to go back at the moment, definitely not.'

During her time on the romance reality TV show, Helena was caught up in an on/off romance with Harry and also shared a flirt and a kiss with Harrison Solomon and Giorgio Russo.

The former air hostess was close pals with Meg Moore, as well as Megan Forte-Clarke and Lauren Wood however, Helena often found herself going head to head with winner Toni and her BFFs Yasmin and Shakira. The girl divide was a massive talking point when the show was being aired, with viewers taking the side of either 'The Big Three' aka Toni, Yas and Shakira or Helena, Meg, Lauren and Megan.

Helena also revealed she's 'working' on herself after the show. She explained, 'I think I need take a break and to do some therapy first - I watched a lot of things back that I didn't like in myself, so there's that to work on first.'

We hope that Helena isn't the only Islander who will be spending som time on a therapy couch, former contestants often talk about how taking part in the show can have a negative impact on their mental health.

'It’s been mad since leaving the show,' she continued, 'I’ve had so many new opportunities and people recognise me everywhere. For me, it’s about moving forwards and seeing where this crazy journey takes me.'
