Over the many, many years that Love Island has dominated our telly downtime, we have obsessed over many a bombshell, but we have never obsessed over a bombshell the way we obsess over Love Island 2025 icon of icons Yasmin Pettet.
From the moment she strutted in alongside Malisha Jordan and Emily Moran we knew a main character had joined the chat. Over the next few weeks she single-handedly rewrote the bombshell book with her bold and unapologetic moving; she entered the series with a forward, confident attitude and a clear goal of going after what she wanted in the game, and as such quickly became a standout Islander, even garnering praise from the show's narrator Iain Stirling, who called her an 'elite Islander' and lauded her as redefining the bombshell role on the show.
Frankly, she could've won the show all on her own, but the rulebook declares she couldn't make the final without a hunky Love Island bae, and her hunk was the incomparable and emotionally intelligent Jamie Rhodes.
And while they didn't win the show, they did finish in third place and are still very much together on the outside.
Yasmin's journey is truly a dreamy Love Island bedtime story.
Now they've returned to the UK, the couple has been busy doing various press and this week, Jamie paid us a visit at heat Towers and naturally, we had to ask him what Yasmin was really like and it turns out she's even more relatable than we thought...
When we asked Jamie what he's learned about Yasmin since leaving the villa, he said, 'I've learned that Yasmin likes to go to bed early. If she does not need to be up, that girl will go to bed.'
She is us and we are her 🙏.
The finalist added, 'I've also learned she is absolutely in love with cats and cats sometimes just find her. She's just walking down the street and there's a cat just following her.'

Jamie and Yasmin's romance began during Casa Amor where Jamie made a beeline for Yasmin, and they coupled up early on. They finished in third place, leaving the villa officially as an exclusive couple.
