There has been quite the stir that ITV2 bosses have been recruiting only very beautiful people for Love Island. They are all remarkably long-limbed, uber-tanned and we this year we had to turn the brightness down on our telly, thanks to the blinding halo of white radiating from Jack Fincham's mouth!
So, 'Where's the size 14 bodies?' some shrill. 'Where's the arse dimples, the cellulite, the bed hair?!" others fume.
However, you'd be pleased to know the Islanders didn't always look this groomed. Oh no. Before the St Moriz tan, the abundance of Colgate and the clip-in hair extensions, the Islanders looked, well, um, just like you and me.

Wow! What else is there to say? Many of these year's Islanders are still very much in the news, and it looks like we could be due to see a Love Island Christmas reunion. YES! We hear you cry. An ITV source has been reported as saying that bosses have wanted to reunite contestants for some time, but finally they have the go ahead!
"They know exactly the kind of drama that viewers want to see and getting together the couples who have split will certainly make for tense viewing," they explained. "Producers are in the process of getting people to sign up and they are hoping that everybody agrees to it."
