Although Love Island is over for another year, we're shamefully not over it. It's raining outside, but at heat hq we're going to tell ourselves it's still the summer of love until somebody tells us that we need to pull ourselves together.

Now,'cause we're dead nice to ya (and it's sort of our job) we thought we'd round up some crucial Love Island details to refresh your memory. Thank us later.

SO. Here goes.

Which couple won Love Island 2017?

The winners of this year's Love Island were Kem and Amber. Despite having a turbulent relationsihip throughout the show, the couple rode it out until the very end and won the hearts of both eachother and the British public... they also bagged a sweet £50,000 to share.

Since leaving the villa, Kem and Amber are still together (yay!), ad they have both been busy working on their careers post-Love Island.

Amber has signed two major fashion deals - one with Motel Rocks, and the other with Boux Avenue. Kem has also been cashing in, landing a deal with Boohoo Man and also confirming a spin-off show with the other half of Love Island's favourite bromance, Chris Hughes.

The Sun reports that Kem and Amber are set to earn a huge £1.25 million as a result of their business ventures after winning the show.

Which couple came runners up in Love Island 2017?

Even though their relationship developed later than the other couples left in the villa, the runners up were Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt. Camilla, who was branded as a 'national treasure' paired up with Jamie after a longggg stretch of heartbreak over her previous coupling with Jonny Mitchell. Luckily, Jamie entering the villa cheered her up... But who wouldn't cheer up at the sight of a Calvin Klein model?

Camilla and Jamie have kept fairly low-key compared to the other constestants since leaving the villa. They haven't been cashing in on so many Instagram ads but instead have used their platform to raise awareness of the refugee crisis and other humantiarian disasters. They can do no wrong.

Look, has anyone of any influence even commented on Love Island 2017?

FUNNY YOU SHOULD ASK. Commissioning editor for ITV Comedy and Entertainment Amanda Stavri said “Last year, Love Island became a real part of the national conversation and now, our new studio show will help feed our viewers’ appetite for more.

"If the twists and turns are anywhere near as fast paced as last year, it looks like Caroline and our studio guests will have plenty to talk about."

Who won Love Island 2016, again? Remind me.

Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde, remember? LOVE 'em. They've also announced that they're expecting a baby together, revealing the news just a month after they announced their amicable split.

:( :(

But, good news! The couple have recently confirmed that they are back together and so it's all happy families once again.

Speaking of past Love Island couples, are Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen still together?

YUP. They're engaged and everything. Adorable.
