Love Island 2016 stars Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are FINALLY tying the knot next month, after Alex’s quick-fire engagement not long after they left the villa in 2016. And whilst it was previously reported that Olivia’s Love Island bestie Cara de la Hoyde would be one of her bridesmaids, it looks like she’s now been DROPPED!
That’s right, Olivia has revealed in a recent interview that Cara is no longer on bridesmaid duties because she ‘couldn’t handle the pressure’. Speaking to new! magazine, Olivia said, "Cara’s got Freddie now and when I asked her [to be a bridesmaid] she was a lot less busy and I thought she could handle the pressure."
But don’t panic, it looks like the pair are still the best of friends. Olivia later added, "We both don’t need that label. You don’t have to be a bridesmaid to know that we are good friends. We're very honest with each other."
