Love Island couple Ronnie Vint and Harriett Blackmore are basically our Ross and Rachel of reality TV. The pair met in the villa last summer and, despite being dumped almost four weeks into the show, they left and lived happily ever after. Well… they split not long after the show and were both back on our screens in All Stars by January 2025. But it was clearly meant to be for the pair as – while Harriett initially tried to resist Ronnie – the pull of the Vint was too strong and the pair rode off into the sunset together, once again.
While there is no denying there have been some rocky patches for Ronnie, 28, and Harriett, 24, since finishing sixth place on All Stars earlier this year, the Essex lad tells podcaster and pal Olivia Attwood that they’re ‘working through things’.
‘Obviously we’ve come out [of the villa] and it was so much better this time around,’ Ronnie explains to Olivia on Surf’s Come Clean in 15. ‘I just feel like with work and everything we’ve come away from each other a bit.’
With Olivia agreeing that ‘dating post-Love Island is really difficult, you are learning how to navigate this world together’, Ronnie admits that their work schedules have been a huge problem in his relationship with dancer Harriett.
‘We just haven’t seen each other,’ he says. ‘We’re not spending much time [together] and it’s caused a few problems. But that’s where we’re at currently, just trying to work through it.’
The most recent series of Love Island: All Stars may have provided us with all the usual drama, but it’s seriously lacking in the happily ever afters. Out of the shows top six couples just two couples remain together – Luca Bish and Grace Jackson and Harriett and Ronnie.
But Ronnie might want to work on his ‘working through things’ skills after revealing to Olivia – who also happens to be married to Ronnie’s BFF, Bradley Dack – that he would be up for appearing on Love Island again. That’s right, a third stint in the villa.
