Oh, come on – it was inevitable, wasn't? September has arrived, and if history is any guide, that means this summer's Love Island couples are about to start dropping like flies.

While a handful have galloped off into the sunset, a huge proportion of Love Island couples have split within weeks of the show wrapping (we all know that villa life is VERY different to the real world), and we have a fresh Love Island casualty. But allow us to rip the plaster off right now: it's not one of your Love Island 2025 finalists (no shade intended, but we would be far less jovial if we were reporting on one of THE top three girlies calling it quits on their men), nor is it Angel Swift x Ty Isherwood, Meg Moore x Dejon Noel-Williams, nor Megan Forte-Clarke and Conor Phillips. They're all still going strong – as far as we're aware, anyway.
So, 'who's left?', we hear you exclaim – fair.

Remember early bombshell Shea Mannings (the one Tommy Bradley called 'a lanky lamppost')? Well, if you've been following Islander shenanigans outside of the villa, then you'll know that he coupled up with series 12 bombshell Caprice Alexandra – who he actually never met on the show – outside of the villa.

ICYMI, in early July, Shea appeared on the Caprice's TikTok, gobsmacking Love Island fans.
Again, ICYMI, Caprice had a fleeting part on this year's series of Love Island when she invited Dejon Noel-Williams as a guest to the villa sleepover.

Since then, the series 12 bombshells have guested on each other's socials and even walked red carpets together. In fact, Caprice even confirmed they were 'seeing each other' with yours truly, exclusively telling us, ‘Yeah, we are seeing each other, but it’s very early and we don’t want to put pressure on it.'
However, sadly, the romance was seemingly a fleeting one, as in a recent Snapchat seen by The Sun, Shea was asked, 'Were you ever dating Caprice?'

To which the Shea answered, 'We were seeing each other at one point, but we are not anymore.'
RIP.
