Sophie Gradon and Tom Powell have got to be one of the most frustrating couples to have ever hooked up in the Love Island villa – what with their break-ups, Tom's moodiness and Sophie's inability to put him in the bin once and for all.
But in last night's episode, Sophie threatened to QUIT the island in order to be with Tom, who's now back in the UK mournfully live-tweeting the show every night.
When he got booted off the island last week, his parting words to Sophie were "I'll be watching you" – creepy, we know – and it sounds like she's really taken it to heart.
First she hooked up with new girl Katie in the villa's first same-sex coupling, then decided to dump her just one day later because she was missing Tom.
In last night's episode, we saw the islanders being shown some tweets about themselves – and Sophie realised that her kissing Katie had soured the public's perception of her.
"Right, that's it for me. I'm done," she said after reading one particular tweet.
"Yeah, I'm going to ask [if I can leave]. I cannot do this, it's just too much of a mind-f*ck. It's not worth it. It's not worth losing Tom over. I can't lose Tom, I can't."
Tom, predictably, was moodily pleased that she'd said it:
(We bet he makes that emoji face on all the happiest occasions of his life.)
But then he just got even moodier:
And then he made THIS prediction:
Sure enough, after having some thinking time alone, Sophie decided to stay in the villa in a bid to win that £50,000 cash prize – but what chance will she have of winning it without being coupled up?
