He has been part of the Made in Chelsea cast since 2018 but in the past few seasons Miles Nazaire has taken a bit more of a backseat.

Once upon a time, the gym bro was the reality TV show's main character with his tumultuous love life a key storyline; they even tried to relight his feud with James Taylor over Maeva D'Ascanio in a recent episode, but it was over before it even started.

However, judging by his social media it looks as though Miles has been busy away from the world of MIC as he recently took to Instagram to reveal 'the next chapter' in his life.

Posting - what we can only describe as a trailer - on his Instagram, Miles shared a sneak peek into his latest endeavor which is aptly named, Life of Miles.

The likes of Chelsea newbie Arman featured in the video as well as Miles' bestie, Tunde Ogunsina which isn't surprising as those two are joined at the hip.

'I've been putting off this vlog for so long and I thought, you know what? Maybe it's time to showcase the ups, the downs, of everything I'm doing,' Miles explained.

He added, 'And maybe look at my wild life at a closer look.'

Love Island finalist Lochan Nowacki commented, 'I'm sat,' on the video and it makes so much sense that those two are friends, with a bunch of Chelsea co-stars also sharing the love.

The last we heard, Miles was rumoured to be taking part in Love Island USA, but after a trip to Rome, it looks as though the reality TV star is back on UK soil.

You can get all deets about his new vlog over on his social media page, but it looks as though it will all kick off on his YouTube channel in the coming weeks.
