Pop star Ariana Grande has reportedly been sued for posting photos of herself on Instagram without paying the licence fee! According to The Blast, the photos, taken by a professional photographer called Robert Barbera, were posted on Instagram last year and Robert says the '7 Rings' singer never asked, "permission or consent to publish the photographs."

The photos, which have now been deleted, are believed to have been taken on the day that the singer's album 'sweetener' came out (17th August 2018) and received around 3 million likes, from the stars' 155 million followers on the popular social site, before they were removed. The photos were captioned, 'happy sweetener day'. [sic]

It's understood that Ariana is now being sued for $50,000 after posting these side-by-side photos which showed the pop star holding a transparent bag with the logo for her album on in the side.
