Matt Terry is pulling out all the stops to avoid the dreaded X Factor winners’ curse and has revealed he'll be joining runner-up Saara Aalto at her Helsinki arena concert.
Saara is due to perform in Finland's capital once The X Factor tour is over. Speaking on Good Morning Britain she explained: "After the X Factor tour I’m going to have my own arena concert in Helsinki."
She then continued: "It’s going to be great. 13,000 people are coming and I really wanted to bring a part of X Factor with me to Finland, so Matt is coming to Finland to sing with me on my arena concert, which is really great."
Sounds FAB.
Matt, who was also appearing on the show, added: "We met the first time on the coach at Bootcamp. She was the first person I spoke to, I was carrying her suitcases.
"To think we’d both be in the final together and now we’re going to Helsinki together."
EXCITING.
Saara Aalto recently opened up to heatworld about new music and the possibility of working with any of her X Factor co-stars, Saara explained: "I mean I've been talking with Matt about doing something.
"Maybe a special YouTube video for our fans together, we would definitely want to do that. I think our fans would love it."
Saara also revealed that she still keeps in contact with her X Factor mentor Sharon Osbourne.
"I've been texting with Sharon and Louis [Walsh] also, as well as Matt and some other contestants, too."
