The Saturdays record Christmas song for Get Santa soundtrack!

It’s an addictive, toe-tapping, repetitive tune you can’t get out of your head. Literally.

Following the release of their Finest Collection – The Greatest Hits compilation, The Saturdays have provided us with another musical delight.

This time the fivesome have recorded a cover of American post-punk band The Waitresses’ classic Christmas Wrapping as the theme song to the new Warner Bros Pictures film Get Santa.

The family Xmas flick stars Jim Broadbent, Rafe Spall and Warwick Davis.

Christmas Wrapping has been covered by a lot of acts – even the Spice Girls did a version in 1998.

Although we LOVE The Saturdays – a lot! – isn’t this song ever so slightly DFS advert-y?

Wouldn’t it be great as the backdrop to a Boxing Day sales ad for some half-price pleather sofas?

The soundtrack is available to purchase now following the release of Get Santa, also out now.
