Stevi Ritchie straddling a rocket and singing ‘I’ve had the time of my life’ into Chloe Jasmine’s face – was arguably the best moment of the X Factor 2014 final last weekend (well, that and Chico in a paddling pool/ bath tub). And luckily for our nation of Stevi lovers he’s pledged to deliver even more goods to the country when he goes on the X Factor tour 2015. Stevi nipped into heat radio for a chat this week and told us “I’m going to be running around the hotel corridors naked!”. That wasn't all either. He also divulged some very juicy gossip:
1. Simon Cowell had to talk him down after he got a bit overexcited with the dancers on stage. “Simon said to me – ‘are you alright?’ and I said ‘No.. I’ve got a bit of a… you know what…downstairs’. Then Simon said, “Think of something and count to ten’. Ten seconds later he said ‘Are you cool?’”
2. He did ‘stuff’ with Chloe Jasmine and they’re still in constant communication (in fact heat saw some texts between them and there were lots of kisses!). But he insists ‘we’re not seeing each other’.
3. He doesn’t have Simon’s digits but he does have his PA’s phone number. So if he wants to chat to him he has to call the PA first. “I invited him to GAY to see me and Tulisa when we were on stage but he said he was busy doing calls to the USA” he shrugs. “I love the guy, I so miss him”.
4. He wants to be a presenter and has his sights set on The Xtra Factor, or his own chat show (he’s not fussy). He says, “I’d love to host something with Sarah Jane Crawford. I need to talk to Simon about it, so who knows?”.
