Emmerdale FITLORD Adam Thomas has reportedly quit the soap after almost eight years.
Noooooooooo.
According to The Sun, Adam wants to have a break from acting and 'wants to land his own TV show.'
A source apparently said: "Adam’s had a great time but he’s spent eight years in the Dales and thinks the time is right.
"It’s a headache for bosses as he’s a recognisable face, especially after I’m A Celebrity."
We're understandably devvo to hear that he could be leaving the Dales, but after his I'm A Celeb BANTS (remember the LOLs) - the idea of him landing a presenting gig is music to our ears.
Adam famously came third on last year's hilar season of I'm A Celeb – just behind Scarlett Moffatt and fellow fitlord Joel Dommett - and won over the entire nation with his willingness to take on the trials (despite being shit scared of anything and everything).
Adam has been a permanent fixture on Emmerdale over the years and has been at the forefront of many dramatic storylines, including Adam's breakdown, Holly Barton's tragic death from a drug overdose and trying for a baby with wife Victoria.
Adam was quick to comment on the rumours, but failed to confirm or deny the reports.
He simply tweeted: "Don't believe everything you read people."
Followed by a sarcastic: "In other news who wants to be a guest on my new show?"
