It's well known that soap stars try to crack America after leaving the UK's biggest soap operas and many actors have done amazingly well.

Ricky Whittle, Emmett J Scanlan, Nathalie Emmanuel, Ben Hardy and Oscar winner Rachel Shenton are just a few of our soap favourites to have gone on to huge success across the pond.

And now a familiar Coronation Street face could be joining that list.

She told the Daily Star, "It's going to be an exciting year. I've already had so many wonderful auditions.

"One was for a big Netflix show, which would be an amazing opportunity. But I can't say too much more."
