Possibly the best thing since sliced bread for cheese fans, Asda will be launching a cheese advent calendar this Christmas full of 24 different cheeses. What more could you want?

Whilst there has been no official launch date given, it has been widely reported that the delicious advent calendar will be available in Asda stores from the 6th November.

Food blogger Annem first broke the news on her blog So Wrong It's Nom and it's quickly taken the Internet by storm. Annem claims to be the 'inventor of the world’s first ever Cheese Advent Calendar', creating a prototype which has been successful.

As the news broke of the new advent calendar hundreds of fans took to Twitter to express their excitement with an assortment of funny gifs and one-liners such as Angela who said, 'That cheese advent calendar omg #gamechanger and Jean who said, 'Praise Cheesus! The Cheese Advent Calendar FINALLY got made!'.

According to So Wrong It's Nom, the calendar, which must be kept in the fridge contains includes 24 cheeses including Jarlsberg, Applewood, Cheddar, Red Leicester and Wensleydale with cranberries.

Basically, THE DREAM.
