Battersea’s loneliest cats and dogs are looking for a loving home

Sort of like The Undateables but with cats and dogs. And not dating, obvs…

Looking for a loving home when you’re a cat or a dog can be pretty tricky. but when there’s something unusual about you it can be even harder. Battersea Dogs & Cats Home has identified its most ‘undateable’ dogs and cats that are simply looking for someone to love them this Valentine’s Day – spots, bald patches and little quirks and all.

From feisty felines to deaf Dalmatians, Battersea cares for around 9000 dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes each year. Sadly some animals find it more difficult to find a home than others despite Battersea’s best efforts, so these undateables need some help in finding their perfect match.

Looking for… Someone that won’t judge a book by its cover. About me: I might not be the handsomest man in kennels, but I’m a sweet natured guy that stands out from the crowd. I love people and other dogs and need a constant companion to shower me with love and affection. I’ll make the perfect family pet, I just need someone to give me the chance.

Looking for… An accepting acquaintance that’s a smooth talker. About me: Those who say I can’t let my hair down are talking balderdash! I may look unusual but it’s a good way to break the ice while out on a walk. Although I can be a tad self-conscious, it doesn’t take long before my energetic side comes out and I can bare-all – literally. I’ll be the most loyal canine companion for an experienced dog lover.
