Unless you’ve been living under a rock, or currently scuba-diving under the surface of a different giant puddle, you’ll know that people are currently OBSESSED with a HUGE puddle in Newcastle… Drummond to be precise.

Someone has set up a live webcam to film a bunch of unsuspecting passers-by as they attempt to cross the puddle, and there are currently 20,000 people watching it on Periscope. So how have members of the public been tackling this natural disaster? Some jump. Some cautiously step; slow and steady. And now some clown has gone to the effort of blowing up a lilo and is paddling across it like a bronzed biddy in Benidorm.

Oh, and before you start worrying that this whole thing might be dangerous, a wet floor sign has been placed in the centre of the body of water. Safety first, yeah?
