We can hardly control our excitement that Game Of Thrones is back on UK TV for a fifth series THIS MONDAY!
And it seems like we’re not the only ones happy that the show’s back – Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, has said that going back to the* GOT* set was like coming home.
The 28 year old told* British Vogue:* “I went back to* Game Of Thrones* and it was like coming home.
"Just the smell of the hotel in Belfast made me feel safe. I told myself, forget the big game plan; all I want is to do jobs that make me happy."
She added of the HBO show: "When I first read the scripts, I was on holiday with my family. I told my dad, 'You're not going to be able to watch the first five episodes...'"
Game Of Thrones returns to HBO on 12 April at 9pm ET as part of a global simulcast. Sky Atlantic in the UK will air the episode one day later.
