Charlotte revealed to heat that she went through a hearbreaking ectopic pregnancy after getting back together with Gaz.
The pair seemed to be getting their relationship back on track before Gaz jetted off to Thailand to film Ex On The Beach.
Charlotte suffered painful cramps while she, Gaz and their reality telly co-stars were filming the advert for MTV's Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle.
After Gaz left the country, Charlotte collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
Her busy schedule meant she hadn't got a new prescription for the pill so took the morning after pill instead after sleeping with Gaz, but didn't take it until after the 72-hour window was almost up. Doctors think this may have been a factor in her ectopic pregnancy.
Due to Gary's filming commitments she was unable to get him on the phone immediately but, after eventually speaking to him, she learnt through others that he had been unfaithful to her while abroad.
She says Gaz initially promised to fly back to the UK to support her but then decided to stay in Thailand and their daily phone calls stopped.

Soon after opening up about her pain over her ectopic pregnancy, Charlotte announced she was leavingGeordie Shoreafter five years on the show.
In a series of messages, she tweeted: "Sadly because a certain someone can't admit to being in the wrong and has to write a short story full of excuses, I have made the very hard decision to leave the show.
"It's something I have went back and forth with for a while now. But I am willing to sacrifice that part of my career in order to be well away from a liar and a cheat."
