Last night’s I’m A Celeb 2015 launch show looked pretty slick, right? Well viewers had no idea just how much work went in to get it finished before airing, as the camp was hit by torrential rain and 80mph winds yesterday.

The poor celebs, led by Susannah Constantine for the yellow team and Tony Hadley for the reds, got soaked by two inches of rain falling in just three hours and the nearby Gold Coast region was blasted by strong winds.
Even before the campmates found their way into camp, producers were concerned about the weather conditions – and the skydives, undertaken by Susannah and Jorgie Porter, were delayed for hours because of it too.
“It was a nightmare,” an insider told The Sun.
“Everyone was scrambling round trying to finish the edit, then the storms hit. The power cut out in the remote camp and they waited ages for it to come back on.
“It was far from ideal as they were already hours behind because of the skydive delays.”
The weather forecast for the next few days isn’t looking too good either, with some experts predicting cyclone-level winds for the surrounding area.
But will that stop three more celebrities from joining the camp? Spencer Matthews, Vicky Pattison and Ferne McCann will all be heading into the jungle in tonight’s show – better hope they’ve packed their rain macs.
