Is Kim Kardashian using a SURROGATE to get pregnant with her second baby?

By now, we’re pretty sure we know Kim Kardashian inside and out. Like, especially inside, ever since THOSE full-frontal naked pictures she did for Paper magazine.

So it kinda comes as no shock when we learn all about her post-sex routine with Kanye West. In the first episode of the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim jokes about having sex 500 times a day in order to get pregnant with her second child.

The show opens with her lying on her back with her legs in the air to let Kanye’s sperm – and yes, sorry, you’re going to have to read about sperm first thing on a Monday morning – er, ‘marinade’ inside her.

“The doctors said I have to lie down for 15 minutes after sex,” Kim tells sister Khloe. “I had sex just before you got here.

Khloe then looks disgusted and asks whereabouts it happened.

“Oh, just in the bathroom,” Kim replies airily. “You’ve got to get it in, when you can get it in.” Grim.

Later, it transpires Kim and Kanye have been trying for a while to conceive and are even thinking about getting outside help.

“[We] might have to try a surrogate,” she confides.

Also in the premiere, Kim’s step-brother Brody Jenner gets drunk and explains why he missed the Kardashian-West’s wedding last June.

“Do you think that they were really like, ‘We HAVE to have Brody and Kaitlynn [Carter, his girlfriend] there. If they're not there then this wedding is not going to happen’?” he tells Kourtney, Scott Disick and dad Bruce Jenner.

“Nobody really gave a f**k if Kaitlynn or I went.”

Bruce then points out how Brody managed to attend Kim’s ex Reggie Bush’s wedding a few weeks later.

“Of course! Why wouldn't I? I love Reggie. Put Kanye and Reggie together in a burning building, guess who I'm saving? Reggie all the way,” Brody slurs, before Scott jumps in and tells him to stop.
