I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’s most controversial character has been forced to quit the jungle for medical reasons.

Lady Colin Campbell left her campmates just after Chris Eubank became the latest celeb to be voted off the ITV show.

Her son Dima was at the site when it happened, and she was taken to the Versace hotel where the other axed campmates are staying.

An insider told* The Sun*: "Dima was called over by producers and ran over to the car immediately.

"He was shocked to see her.

"It was such a shock, nobody expected her to get out the car [at the hotel].

"Security were searching around for onlookers as they didn't want anyone to see her. She looked her usual chirpy self and was laughing and joking with the security guards.

"She was led through the hotel very quickly and taken to a private room."
