We don't mean to alarm you, but following the news Lidl stocks its own cheap af version of Aperol they're now selling what are essentially boxes of McDonald's infamous chicken McNuggets at a fraction of the price.
Before you start, we're aware supermarkets tend to stock chicken nuggets as a staple and that McDonald's home delivery now exists through UberEATS, but that doesn't make this news any less a) relevant or b) important.
IT'S LIKE A SHARE BOX WITHOUT THE INNER GUILT OF ACTUALLY ORDERING MCDONALD'S FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS WEEK. What kind of genius?
We've all heard of drug store dupes of cult high end beauty buys, but Lidl seems to have perfected the fine art of producing our fave food and drink-y bits for half the price.
Take said chicken nuggets, for instance. They basically taste the exact same of McDonald's at just £1.69 for ten.
One user on the 10 Ways to Have More Money Facebook page is cluckin' raving about them, going as far as to say: "They are actually the same as the McDonald's ones but are the 'rejected' nuggets usually because they don't fit the four shapes that McDonald's sell boot ball bell and bow tie (I worked there for nearly 10 years)."
