We were understandably VERY excited about the prospect of having Christmas dinner inside Hogwarts. But now you actually LIVE inside of the Witchcraft and Wizardry, as Harry Potter’s school is being turned into luxury flats.

Royal Connaught Park in Bushey in Hertfordshire was the setting for Dumbledore’s office, the tower and the school’s great hall, and has been used in over 360 films and TV shows before.

However, if you were worried about the price tag of Hogwarts’ Christmas dinner - which cost a hefty £230 - nabbing yourself some digs in Hazza’s home you’re probably going to need to wingardium leviosa all the money from your local bank, as here’s 28 going up for sale for between £649,000 and £2.8 million.

Yep, that’s 56,224,900 Galleons, 6 Sickles and 25 Knuts to be precise.

The dining hall is open to all residents to use, and the advert described the property as being set in “100 acres of parkland with access to a fitness club and an underground swimming pool". Hmmm, no mention of a forbidden corridor, Chamber Of Secrets or a room of requirement.

Maybe they don’t tell you about those until you actually buy one.
