Tom Hardy plays “Max” Max Rockatansky in George Miller’s remake of the 1980 classic.
The film – described by director George as a “Western on wheels” – centres on Max and Charlize Theron's character Imperator Furiosa - two rebels who may hold the key to restoring order to an apocalyptic world.
Mad Max: Fury Road will open in cinemas on 14 May .
