Could YOUR man win the heat Reader’s Torso Contest 2014? It’s competition time!

We like perving over hot men’s bodies, OK? Nothing wrong with that. So we thought we’d extend the opportunity to you, dear readers: it's time to bask in the greatness of* heat*’s annual Reader’s Torso Contest.

As well as getting a weekly dose of toned pecs, taut buns and all things six-pack, we’re opening up this bad boy to YOUR man. Got a hot boyf who gets the ladies winking as he walks down the street? Do your mates all drool over your brother? Has your dear old dad still got a raffish twinkle in his eye? (Too weird? Whevs.) We want them all.

First, the prizes: the winning bloke (and whoever persuaded him to enter… that’s YOU!) gets £1,000 of Arcadia vouchers between you (redeemable in Topman, TopShop, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins and loads of other shops), an all-expenses paid trip to London AND a Reader’s Torso winner’s photoshoot PLUS a poster in heat magazine. Which means his bod will be forever immortalised in glorious 2D.

**How to enter:

**• Send us one topless photo that clearly shows the entrant's face and torso, and one clear shot of the entrant holding any recent issue of heat to torso@heatmag.com. All entries MUST include both photos in order to be valid.

• If possible, also a link to a video of the entrant showing off his torso.

• Email both photos (and video link, if you have one), along with the entrant's full name, age, full address, email address and contact number, to torso@heatmag.com. You MUST also include your own number if you're sending the entry on behalf of someone else. You're also very welcome to enter the competition yourself – if you're a bloke – and win the entire £1,000 voucher prize.

• The EXTENDED closing date for all entries is Thursday September 18 2014. Entrants must be available for the photoshoot in London at some point between September 29th and October 7th 2014.

**1.“All-expenses paid trip to London”: We will provide transport and if necessary accommodation to allow the reader plus friend/nominator to be there for the entire photo shoot.
