If you’ve got any sense, you know better than to sign up to star in an episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls, because, let’s be honest, he’ll have you drinking your own piss before you even leave the hotel probably.
But your own fresh urine, ain’t so bad. Not compared to the hell Michelle Rodriguez had to endure, anyhow.

Bear thought it would be a good idea to have a little snack during their adventures. But seeing as there aren't that many Greggs or Yo! Sushis in the Nevada desert, they had to settle for something a little more, erm, rodent-pissy.
He got Michelle to fill a cup with urine before popping a mouse in said cup. He then boiled the whole lot over an open-fire. Because, ya know, it would be gross cold… Michelle said: "This is the part I dreaded. I don't mind trekking for hours in the hot sun, but the mouse - the urine and the mouse - that's real special, Bear."
As the pair tucked into their delicious Mouse in a Pee broth, even Bear seemed to struggle with what he made himself do.
He said: "So there have been a few occasions over the years where I've had to drink my own urine, in a survival situation, but there's something about drinking somebody else's.
"I've finally found the thing that has broken me."
The current series of Running Wild With Bear Grylls is on in the US now, and debuts in the UK next month on Discovery.
