If there’s ever a pesky little yellow thing to brighten up your day, it’s going to be a Minion.
And while we’re getting withdrawal symptoms of having to wait until 2017 for the third instalment of Despicable Me – now the Minions have their own movie!
Gru who?
And it’s no surprise the Minions have taken over – because let’s face it, the little yellow, gibberish-speaking sidekicks of the super-villain Gru are what made the movies memorable.
It’s only a matter of time before the Minions and Gru’s double Dara Ó Briain take over the world (or heatworld at least).
Featuring the voice talents of Sandra Bullock, Jon Hamm, Allison Janney and Steve Coogan, the Despicable Me spin-off will follow the chattering pill-shaped creatures Stuart, Kevin and Bob as they embark on a laugh out loud journey to the beginning of time – to appoint no less than a T-Rex dinosaur as their leader.
So if you love Minions like Minions love bananas, watch the teaser trailer here:
The Minions movie is expected to hit the UK big screen on 26 June 2015 – we can’t wait.
