Naughty Boy says Zayn Malik will be releasing solo track in a couple of months!

Naughty Boy has said Zayn Malik’s first solo offering will be ready in just two months. Naughty Boy (real name Shahid Khan) said his BFF Zayn had been working closely with him on his new album and that new music was just around the corner.

“Zayn is definitely going to be on the album,” he told Bang Showbiz. “Our track is going to be ready in a couple of months ... You are going to be shocked by what he comes out with ... I feel that the last five years have the most important for him but I feel he has a future beyond that.”

Shahid has stood by Zayn since he left One Direction in March and has taken a hammering on social media from upset fans and Zayn's former bandmate Louis Tomlinson.

Speaking about his relationship with Zayn, Shahid admitted he would speak up for Zayn because the Little Things singer wasn’t ready.

“He's in a very difficult position,” he added. “He won't tell his side of the story yet and that's why there has to be radio silence... [I spoke out for him] because that's the rock n roll in me, I'm not going to take s**t from anybody.”

We wouldn't expect any less, Shahid.
