The Oscar 2016 nominations were announced today and Twitter had something to say about them.
After last year’s #OscarsSoWhite campaign highlighted how few people of colour were involved in the awards, you might have thought the Academy would have at least tried to diversify their selection process.
While films such as Straight Outta Compton, Creed and Beasts Of No Nation are all up for gongs next month, there is a severe lack of black actors and actresses nominated for an Oscar.
And the Twittersphere is making it clear that it are not happy about #OscarsSoWhite 2.0.
