Is Perez Hilton about to sign up for the next Strictly Come Dancing?

Celebrity Big Brother fans breathed a collective sigh of relief when nightmare housemate Perez Hilton was given the boot from the show during the last series.

But it seems he could be making an unwelcome return to UK television screens – he’s eyeing up a place on Strictly Come Dancing.

The famous blogger is hoping bosses of the BBC ballroom dance contest will ask him to appear after a fan suggested the idea.

They tweeted: “@PerezHilton Oh & I would love to see you on @bbcstrictly **Hint hint Strictly this would rake up the viewings…”

Really? Would it really “rake up the viewings”? We’re not so sure.

Perez replied saying he thought it was a great idea and quickly shot off a message to the BBC, writing: “And if @BBCstrictly asked me to be on the show, I would jump and twirl and instantly say yes! #TheFunTrain would be full steam for that!!!”

Ah, yes. We remember the fun train and it was HORRENDOUS.

We can’t quite recall Perez showing off any magical dancing skills during his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house earlier this year but we do remember that time he basically forced his back to have weird dance-sex with the window in the garden while his housemates watched from the bedroom.

We really don’t need to see that again…
