Just read the press release here… it’s— hmm. Not wildly clear, if we’re honest. It says here: “Ollie Proudlock [is] getting his eyes checked at the 'Vision Van’ at Westfield, White City today. The Vision Van launches next week for National Eye Health Week as part of Vision Express’ campaign ‘Vision. Taken Seriously’ and will be touring the UK to offer free eye tests.”
Putting aside the problems we have with that new campaign slogan — Vision Express, mate, you can’t have a full stop after ‘Vision’ and then have absolutely no punctuation after ‘Seriously’ — it’s nice that Olivier Proudlock is here looking very sternly into a laser with his face on a chinrest and other such eye test things. Because your eyes are important. And sometimes it’s easy to forget about your eyes, unless you use them to look at a Made in Chelsea star in a matching t-shirt and sweatpants, solemnly taking an eye test.
