Is Strictly Come Dancing a fix?

Poor old Strictly Come Dancing.

The show has been hit by ANOTHER claim that it’s fixed, as it’s come out that the judges watch dances before the live show.

People have really got their knickers in a twist about it, claiming that this means that the judges – Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno bloody Tonioli – can discuss their marks in advance.

It’s thought that this could allow them the opportunity to manipulate their scores, therefore increasing or decreasing a dancing pair’s chances of staying in the competition.

“This really is a shocking revelation,” a show source told The Sun.

“As far as the viewers are concerned, the first time the judges watch the routines, are when they are performed live. They always act with stunned surprise if a performance is really good or bad and make out their comments and marking are off the cuff.

“But in reality they have watched the routines hours earlier. The judges are with a producer who in all likelihood knows the previous week’s voting figures.

“If there is someone they want to keep in, who is scoring low with viewers, they could mark them high and keep them in,” the source added.

But – we have questions.

Is this really a shocking revelation? Is it though?

Because OBVIOUSLY they’ve seen the dances before. They clearly aren’t coming up with all their remarks off the cuff.

It’s not just us who realised this, is it? Hang on – people do know that Jools Holland’s Hootenanny isn’t actually recorded on New Year’s Eve, right? RIGHT?

The thing that we thought everyone knew anyway comes on the back of Jamelia saying that the show’s a fix, weirdly, after she was booted off.

We still haven’t lost our faith in Strictly. We will never lose the faith (although it was sorely tested when Peter Andre waltzed off).
