Tom Bleasby has quit* The X Factor!*

Despite dramatically making it through to Judges’ Houses on Sunday night’s episode, the 19 year old has decided he no longer wants to take part in the ITV show.

More news!

"We can confirm that Tom Bleasby has chosen to withdraw from the competition due to personal reasons," read a statement from the show.

Tom added: "Thank you to all the judges, especially Nick for his belief in me.

"I want to wish all the contestants the best of luck and thank you to the public for supporting me and my dream."

During the latest episode, which saw Nick Grimshaw give Tom a chair during the Six Chair Challenge. Then take it away. Then give it back to him, Tom tweeted that people were “literally watching on TV the worst experience of my life.”

Tom also tweeted: “Make no mistake about it. I'm not stopping singing, the X Factor is just one path...one that wasn't right for me. I will make music.”

So will Nick get to bring one of his unsuccessful boys back to replace him? We’ll have to wait and see…
