Blue Monday is swiftly approaching – but the 19 January doesn’t have to involve you crying into a pack of Doritos or having “I'm blue da ba dee da ba die, da ba dee da ba die” on repeat.

As part of heat Makes You Happy, we’re turning the most depressing day of the year into heat’s happiest.

"What more can you do to cheer us up?" We hear you cry.

Yes, we’ve given you Kittencam, yes, we’re giving away a Papa John’s pizza every single day, but we thought we’d up the ante for Blue Monday with something a little more, well, Blue.

So allow us to introduce you to ­everyone’s favourite ‘90s boyband (and eye-candy) – Blue. Antony Costa, Duncan James, Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe are all back from Ibiza and joining us at heat Towers to make you the happiest you’ve ever been.

Not only have we roped the boys into taking over the @heatworldTwitter and talking to Sarah Powell on heat Radio but we’ve also got them doing all sort of happy things – blue cocktail anyone?
