Here at heat we've made absolutely no secret about the fact we're BIG telly fans. Normally it's the latest reality TV offering we obsess over (currently it's Love Island - check out the line-up and all the goss here), but everyone now and then we like to dabble in a little bit of daytime telly and the occasional quiz show.
So, we were pretty excited when we heard that iconic gameshow The Price Is Right would be making a comeback and reportedly fronted by none other than our ol' pal Alan Carr.

According to The Sun producers behind The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent are working on a pilot for the remake on Channel 4, and are keen for Alan to take the lead and follow in the footsteps of Leslie Crowther and Bruce Forsyth.
"Alan is seen as the perfect fit for The Price Is Right," a source told the paper.
"All being well with the pilot, they will look at bringing it back properly for a full series and even celebrity specials."
This sounds right up our street, tbf.
And Alan reportedly told The Sun: "It’s proper bucket list territory for me as I loved it when I was growing up and now for me to be at the helm of such a legendary show is a dream come true."
Alan, COME ON DOWN.
In other telly news, this is what Stranger Things season two will apparently be about.
