The American Horror Story season 7 title has been released - it's Cult

FX revealed the title of Season 7 of AHS at the San Diego Comic-Con event yesterday, 20th July. The new season of AHS, Cult, has been confirmed to premiere in the US on Tuesday 5th September 10/9c, and the teaser video can now be found online. Sadly, the premiere date for the UK is yet to be revealed.

Why god WHY with the clowns. One was twisted enough (see what we did there?) Ryan Murphy admitted Cult will be strongly related and connected with AHS's Season 4, Freak Show, even featuring Twisty the clown.

Enough clowning around, we are freaking out!

The new season is set in more modern times and revolves around the 2016 American election, showing both sides of the political divide and primarily focusing on secret societies or, Cults. Perhaps the election is meant to be represented as a 'political circus'.

The cast members that will be returning in the looming seventh season are Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Adina Porter, Frances Conroy, Cheyenne Jackson and Mare Winningham. New additions to the cast feature Billie Lourd, Billy Eichnre, Leslie Grossman, Colton Haynes, Alison Pill and Lena Dunham.

Even though there will be no Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump character, we wonder what the President is going to think of this Season. Kudos to you, Ryan Murphy, kudos to you.

We are intrigued and well, horrified to be told more about the new Season and wait for the official trailer to be released.
