We at heat love Big Brother more than Sunday takeaways and big fluffy dogs, so have been waiting with baited breath to find out when this series is set to start.

After being shocked and ALARMED to learn that the start date might have to be pushed back because of the General Election (ffs, Theresa), it’s now been reported that it’ll take place before it – on the 4 June.
HURRAH!
A source told the Daily Star: “Channel 5 pencilled in the 2nd to the 6th of June for the launch of Big Brother.
“Normally the show kicks off on a Tuesday which would make it June 6 but this year things are different.”
They added: “All signs point to the show kicking off on Sunday June 4.”
We already know that the series will be distinctly political this year (have you SEEN the eye?), and Rylan Clarke-Neal also revealed there’s going to be another major shake-up.

Speaking on This Morning, he said: "I can reveal that the big brother house this series is one of Britain's best kept villages.
"We've got cottages, we've got shops – it's very, very different. But is everything as it seems? We promise to show all aspects of British life."
(SHOPS?!)
The Sun apparently contacted a rep for the show, but they were unable to confirm whether the start date had been announced.
In the meantime, Big Brother, we’re ready for ya.
